Hypernius Glax
While analyzing footage of the rare Blue Crested Snarkle, scientists determined that the poor bugger is
suffering from an ocular parasite known as Hypernius Glax. While not directly harmful to the snarkle, the glax feeds on the
snarkle's ocular fluid and then swims around and around the circumference of the eye, which can be quite distracting at times.
A snarkle can really get into trouble if he manages to get a parasite in each eye. A pair of glax have the habit of swimming in
opposite directions which produces an hypnotic state in the snarkle, leaving him open for predation or causing him to miss his
bus.
